Scholarship

Scholarships will be awarded to some students, who are 35 years old or younger on the workshop. The organizing committee of RMEGV2021 is offering the scholarship which support the registration fee of awarded contact authors. The scholarship is granted to the contact author for a particular paper. Scholarships are non-transferable.
If the paper is withdrawn before the workshop or if for any reason the paper is not presented at the workshop, even if the author who has been awarded the scholarship is present at the symposium, the author must be pay the registration fee.

How to Apply

The nominees must satisfy all of the following criteria:
- were born on or after 1 September 1986
- be students
- be a contact author of a submitted proceedings paper
- actually attend RMEGV2021

Anyone wishing to apply for a scholarship should submit the APPLICATION FORM in PDF format with a CV to rmegv2021@rocknet-japan.org by 10 July 2021.


The organizing committee will decide about awarding support to individual contributors by 30 July 2021. All applicants will be informed of the decision once it has been made.
All applicants will register to the workshop after the decision.
