How to join the online Workshop?
If you join the online workshop as a listener, please make a registration at "Registration". You will receive login information (ID and Password) by email after completing the registration. The entrance to the online workshop site is in top page.

1) Presenting authors are required to complete the registration by Friday, August 6, 2021 and make the payment.
2) A supporting member of the Japanese Society for Rock Mechanics (JSRM) and the Japan Society of Engineering Geology (JSEG) can register as one person participating in the symposium for an ISRM/JSRM member fee.
3) The Banquet and Technical Tours are not included in the registration fees.
NOTE: One registration can cover one paper. Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one registration.
Registration Fees includes:
- Access to the Opening, Closing and Awards Ceremonies
- Access to Keynote Lectures
- Access to Technical and Poster Sessions
- Digital book of Extended Abstracts and Program, etc.
We are now considering how effective the workshop will be under the circumstance. More information will be released on our website.

Invoice and Receipt
- Receipts will be sent to you by email.
- Invoice can be issued upon your request. Please contact the Registration Office.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to rmegv2021@ec-pro.co.jp. A processing fee of 5,000 JPY will be charged for cancellations received on or before August 31, 2021. Refund requests will not be accepted after September 1, 2021. "No Shows" are not eligible for a refund. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for "No Shows"; however, substitute attendees are welcome.

The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel or postpone the RMEGV2021 or to change the schedule or the venue without prior notice, due to the act of God or on the occurrence of any event of force majeure. The organizing committee will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations.
