*Supporting members of the Japanese Society for Rock Mechanics (JSRM) can register as one person participating in the conference for an ISRM/JSRM member fee. Click here for the supporting member list.
- Authors submitting extended abstracts are required to complete their registration by September 16, 2024.
- Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one registration, and a single registration can only cover one paper.
- Consumption tax (10%) is included in the fees above.
- Days and times showing this website is based on JST/UTC+0900
- Banquet and excursions can be added after you make a conference registration.

Invoice and Receipt
Invoices and receipts can be generated from your registration account.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the registration office (coufrac2024@ec-mice.com). The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification. "No Shows" are not eligible for a refund. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for "No Shows onsite or online"; however, substitute attendees are welcome.

In the event of program cancellation due to Force Majeure, including Acts of God, a full refund will be provided.
Invitation Letters for Visa Application
If you require an invitation letter to apply for a visa to enter Japan, you MUST first complete your conference registration and payment. Afterward, please contact the registration office with your registration ID. You will receive an application form for the invitation letter, which you should fill out and submit to the Registration Office (coufrac2024@ec-mice.com). Once submitted, the invitation letter will be sent to you via international mail within 1-2 weeks. Please note that this procedure is subject to change based on Japanese government policies.
