Kyoto city provide you a useful app to find the travel route when you use buses and trains.
Access and Hotels
We recommend booking your hotel near Kyoto Station, as there are limited accommodations available near the conference venue.
In addition to Kyoto Station, we suggest considering accommodations in Kyoto city downtown or areas such as Takatsuki City, which is about a 15-minute train ride from either Hankyu Katsura Station or JR Katsuragawa Station. From these stations, it takes about 15-20 minutes by bus to reach the venue.

How to check-in and what to do onsite?
- Name badge and QR code for checking-in
Receive your name badge by email and download your QR code to check-in from your account from November 8.
- Proceedings
Download the digital proceedings from your account around November 8.
Check-in the registration desk at the entrance of the venue using QR code, and pick up tickets for lunch boxes and dinner (pre-booked only) at the ticket desk next the registration desk.
