Call for Abstract

Submission has been started!

Prospective authors are kindly asked to submit an abstract related to one of the proposed symposium topics to participate in the symposium. The abstracts should be written in English and should clearly explain the contents of the studies discussed. Specifically, it is strongly recommended that the abstracts states:

  • Objective of the study
  • Results obtained in the study and their significance
  • Advancements beyond previous research or novelties
  • Previously published results will not be accepted.
  • The length of the abstracts should be around 300 words.

The abstracts should include:

  • Title of the paper
  • Assignment of the abstract to one of the symposium topics
  • 4 – 5 keywords

Author(s) information do not need to be included.The abstracts should be prepared in PDF format and uploaded through the submission system, which will open in September 2025.No specific template is provided.

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by two independent experts specializing in the relevant fields.

Awards

-ISRM (ARMS) Best Paper Award

This award is presented to the authors of the orally presented best paper. There are two categories: the General Category and the Young Category.The Young Category is open to a young author, under the 38 years of age as of November 26, 2026, who must be the first author of the paper. Certificates and prizes will be awarded at the Closing Ceremony.

-ARMS Outstanding Poster Award

This award is presented to the authors of the most outstanding poster presentation. There are two categories: the General Category and the Young Category. The Young Category is open to a young author, under under 38 years of age as of November 26, 2026. Certificates and commemorative gifts will be presented at the Closing Ceremony.

Scholarships

To support the development of early career professionals and promote participation from developing countries, a scholarship program will be established.
Scholarship recipients will be selected from applicants who meet all the following criteria:

  • Under 38 years of age as of November 26, 2026
  • First or corresponding author of a paper submitted to the symposium
  • ISRM membership
  • Completed registration
  • In-person attendance at the symposium
