Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the secretariat (comodia2025@ec-mice.com). The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification. "No Shows" are not eligible for a refund. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for "No Shows onsite or online"; however, substitute attendees are welcome.

Cancellation Policy of Banquet
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after November 15, 2025.
*The refund will be made after the conference via credit card you registered.
Invitation Letters for Visa Application
If you need an invitation letter in order to apply for a visa to enter Japan, you MUST complete your registration with payment to this conference. Then, please contact the registration office with your registration ID. You will be given an application form for the invitation letter which you should fill in and submit to the secretariat. After you submit the form, you will receive the invitation letter by international mail service in 1-2 weeks. The procedure is subject to change according to the Japanese Government's policy.
