- Presenting authors are required to complete the registration by Friday, September 10, 2027 and make the payment.
- As a general rule, each lead author may present or submit one paper (i.e., in principle, only one abstract submission is allowed per single registration).
- One registration covers one submission.
Exceptionally, a second submission may be permitted for a poster presentation in the Special Session (SS-1). - The student registration rate is available only to participants who hold student status at the time of the conference. Students must upload a scanned copy (JPEG or PDF) of their student ID card or an official letter certifying their student status from their academic supervisor during the online registration process. Please note that the student rate is not available to full-time employees, even if they are enrolled as students.
