Registration fee

As a result of various cost-saving measures, we were able to reduce the participation fee.
We welcome participants from all over the world.

Group Registrations

For group registrations with 10 or more dentists, a discount of approximately 20% per participant will be applied. This discount is only available during the early bird period until January 31, 2025.

(Includes the Convocation Dinner on May 17, as well as lunch boxes on May 17 and 18. Convocation Dinner: A short course menu including appetizer, soup, main dish, dessert, and bread.)
Ages 10-17: 21,000 JPY
(Includes the Convocation Dinner on May 17, as well as lunch boxes on May 17 and 18. Convocation Dinner: Same menu as adults.)

Registration Process

The group leader must create the "ICCMO Tokyo 2025 Group Discount Application List" in Excel and email it to Dr. Sasaki at sasakidental622@gmail.com.
In the ICCMO Tokyo 2025 Group Discount Application List, please include the following information:
1. Name
2. Registration category (Conference Registration, Non-dentists Registration, Guest Package, Children [Age])
3. Email address
Once the list is confirmed, Dr. Sasaki will send the group leader the registration URL for the group discount.

Invoice and Receipt

An invoice and receipt will be issued from the registration website.

Cancellation Policy

Early Registration Period (Up to Dec. 31^st): Full refund for cancellations made by this date.

Regular Registration Period (Dec. 31^st to Apr. 13^th): 50% refund for cancellations made during this period.

Late Registration Period (after Apr. 13^th): No refund for cancellations made.

Disclaimer

Cancellations of the program due to force majeure, including acts of God, will be eligible for a full refund.

Invitation Letters for VISA Application

For visa support documents, please refer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website: Link to Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

If you need an invitation letter in order to apply for a visa to enter Japan, you MUST complete your registration with payment to this conference. Then, please contact the secretariat with your registration ID. You will be given an application form for the invitation letter which you should fill in and submit to the secretariat. After you submit the form, you will receive the invitation letter by email within 5-7 working days. The procedure is subject to change according to the Japanese Government's policy.

Please note that a handling fee of 7,000 JPY is required.
