The opening event will take place on October 4 at 13:00. 
Each of ten exhibitors of local cities/areas will deliver a 90 second video presentation to present its own charms as a destination for meetings, incentive tours, and conventions.
This event is open to all; anybody who is interested in MICE (Meetings, Incentive tours, Conventions, Exhibitions) is allowed to participate in this.
